I watched a live internet broadcast of the Service of the Bridegroom tonight. As it was the first I have ever seen a service in this manner, the best I can sum it up is "That's Neat!"

I got to wondering just how many churches do show their services on the internet? I saw two links listed on another post (which is how I found it tonight). Does anyone know of any others? I do love variety, and this is way easier than driving around the country. I suppose there might be some in other countries too, now that I think of it. That would be awsome to see!

The two I saw are:

Old original post, but thought it was an okay place to post, since it is related to the OP topic of other live broadcasts.

The Orthodox Monastery of the Transfiguration is streaming the Vigil for the Feast of Transfiguration live on Ustream at 6pm on Monday August 5th.

From the website - Please note: Several users have mentioned the advertisements on Ustream as a problem.

St. Seraphim's church in Sea Cliff, NY http://www.ustream.tv/channel/vsenoshnaya1 and the Church of All Russian Saints in Burlingame, CA (new.livestream.com/COARS do livestreams of their services. Fortunately, the Burlingame feed contains no advertisements, but it shows the church at a somewhat odd angle (Probably because the camera is on the choir loft?). The livestream at Sea Cliff is somewhat better done, but it is on East Coast time. The Burlingame stream is on West Coast time. Both streams are from ROCOR churches, for those who are more used to Russian Liturgics.
