This church sells icons (or at least they used to):

I've never bought from them online.  I have, however, been to their church and acquired icons there.

St. Anthony's Monastery also sells icons

I know the Diocese of Melbourne is producing beautiful icons, though I believe shipping cost would make it prohibitive to buy from there.
