These kids these days...... Son, fifteen years ago I was administering real Unix systems with my bare hands. Heck, when I was in high school I was typing raw machine code into the machine through the console typewriter. And if you're so cool, how come you can't make a bulletin board system that runs on Netscape? |

And if you're so cool, how come you can't make a bulletin board system that runs on Netscape? Our system runs on Netscape--I have posted on it with both 4.7 and 7.0 systems. Are you having technical problems with it? Netscape to me is horrible because it is so bloated. Mozilla, Opera, and Konquerer are much better. Of course I use Internet Explorer personally, even though it is Micro$oft it works good. Bobby can do much more than Linux, Kebble...he can program using C, C+, and C++, and in that super duper programing language x86 Assembler. He is a superb network administrator and an excellent counter-hacking specialist. I know you were half joking but you underestimate Bobby if you think that Linux desktops is all he knows how to do.  Besides, everyone knows that the reason that Linux is everywhere and Unix isn't is because Linux is "cooler"! anastasios |

Ah, you've got me beat Keble. The worst I had to deal with was re-installing UNIX from scratch booting off a tape drive. Regarding praying with heretics, I will oneday post a screen dump of M$IE running under MacOS in the Basilisk Mac emulator running under Linux. Win2K will be running on the same box courtesy of VMware. What can I do, I have to support them all but I'd rather only have one box generating heat under my desk. John. VMware running on top of Linux with a virtual windows 2000 running VM of BeOS which was ssh'ed into a unix box with a remote X session.
