What does the Orthodox Church believe about the role of the angels? Are there different "ranks" of angels? Should one pray to angels? Are there such things as "Guardian Angels"?

I pray to mine and have seen their actions at least twice.  Many prayer books have prayer's to Guardian Angels as the above thread mentions, and I would recommend praying to yours daily.
