Malankara Orthodox bishop in critical condition

H. G. Dr. Thomas Mar Makarios senior bishop of the Malankara Orthodox
Church (indian Orthodox church)met with Major road  accident while on a pastoral visit to UK
on the 5th January. HG 's condition is still very critical.
Let us all pray for the health of HG

Latest Medical bulletin :7/1/08 10.30 PM GMT;(courtesy ICON)
There is some improvement in His Grace's condition today. The general
appearance is of comfort and content. As HG is on the ventilator for
flail chest, deep sedation is required. HG is maintaining BP and is in
a stable condition. The pulmonary functions are slowly improving and
is only on 60% oxygen now. All the blood tests carried out during the
day showed values in the normal range except renal;. Started
haemodialysis one hour ago, tonight and is going to run for few hours.
So far everything is stable. .
