For ill grandmother
« on: December 07, 2007, 10:52:11 AM »
Friends,

Please remember in your prayers my wife's grandmother Helen who was taken to the hospital yesterday after a stroke.  She already has pneumonia and a UTI.  :(

Thank you everyone for your prayers.

It appears that Grandma Helen did not actually have a stroke but was a victim of her own stubborness.  SHe apparently had a UTI for quite some time and, in typical stoic fashion, did nothing about it until it reached the point of sepsis.  She is doing much better now and is out of the IC unit and into rehab already...not bad for a woman who turns 90 next week!  I have no doubt that your prayers helped in her speedy recovery.

Glory to You, O Lord, Glory to You!

Glad to hear the good news.  May the Lord continue His mercy on her.
