Please correct if necessary the sentences below. I'm very unsure of the articles usage.

1. It's a plant of telephone equipment.  - Do I have to put in "the" or nothing? And why?
2. The manager of our company is going to visit the plant with a Chief Engineer of GML on Friday.
3. My company is interested in buying machines Model B20.
4. The demand for the latest model of cars is very big in Japan.
5. During the talks the Seller offered Russian trade company 12% discount on the price.
6. The price for the pump was 500$. The offer suited the Buyers and they decided to sign the contract on those terms.

There are other ways of answering of course!
