Making an IT report

Sometimes I have to make reports about incidents. Are this phrases correct?

1. Mulfunction disappeared after user reset the computer.
2. During the work the user got a blue screen of death.
3. The user complains that the network connection frequently breaks off for a short time and then establishes again.

If they are simply shorthand notes made about an incident, then they are correct and can be used as they are.
If you wanted to write them as complete, grammatically correct sentences, then they would be written as follows (or something similar):

1. The Multifunction facility disappeared after the user reset the computer.
2. During the his work, the user got received a "Blue Screen of Death."
3. The user complains that the network connection frequently breaks off for a short time and then establishes again is re-established.

Whoops!  You're right. "the user" is not indefinite!
Will amend accordingly.

I made a spelling error, so you got me wrong!
I wanted to say:
1. The malfunction disappeared after user reset the computer.
(I mean that after resetting the computer started to work normally)

In that case, the sentence is fine as it is.

Hello,

I probably would use the expression "blue screen of death" in an official report. That term is mostly slang and not a technical term - though it has been so long since I have used Microsoft (thank God!  ;D) that I have forgotten what the exact name of that screen is. If all else fails, use "error screen".
