I must admit I have never seen this icon before. I just found another copy with the Tropar in Church Slavonic on the web site of the Polish Orthodox Church:http://www.prawoslawie.k.pl/icone/bigbg/11.htm
I still prefer the more tradtional icons. The one thing that strikes me about this icon is that the eyes of the Mother of God are closed, which I do not like. We are supposed to have eye contact with the saints portrayed in the icons which is why the fugures are face-to-face and not in profile.
I see the icon is named Umileniye Theotokos "Joy of All Joys"
Umileniye is written right on the icon. It means Loving kKndness in Church Slavonic or compassion (Greek Eleousa)
Traditionaly, Umileniye icons and of the Theotokos showing tenderness to the Christ child.
