That is why I was so pleased that TYF responded! To my best recollection, this 9 year resurrection is a record!

And, just so folks know: sometimes I get asked about whether it's OK to resurrect a thread. Honestly, I would rather have a thread resurrected than multiple threads about the same topic. The single threads help in research and other inquiries.
