Avatar permissions are fixed, HOWEVER you'll have to either reselect your avatar within your profile or upload it again.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but the database reindexed all attachments and it lost the link to your avatar.

It appears your avatar is saved as "avatar[number]". That number is your usernumber which you can see in the address at the top of your profile info. So it should be there (or just scroll through them until you find yours.) For instance, I am user #1 so my pic is avatar1.
