I keep hearing about this political forum that is private, so now my curiosity is peaked. Which oh so talented administrator are we to contact about this forum?

Any one of the three (Anastasios, Robert, FrChris) can do it.

Standard procedure is to contact Fr. Chris if I'm not mistaken?

I have messaged Fr. Chris and await his reply. I look forward to seeing what some of you have to say about politics, though I can guess with a few of ya.

Standard procedure is to contact Fr. Chris if I'm not mistaken? That is correct. Fr. Chris has posted a message about this in Board News: Due to some confusion regarding who to petition for access to the Private forums (i.e., the Politics Board as well as the EO/OO Board if/when these posts move towards polemical debates), I wish to clarify the following:
If you want to post in the Private Forums, you must PM me with a message asking to do so.
Some recent petitions were made to others, and no action had yet been taken perhaps because they were assuming I was copied in. So, to prevent such problems:
PM Fr Chris for access to the Private Forums.

I hope not for your sake only. Remember what "non-moderated entails" If OC.net is a nice placid place, the private area reminds me of a biker bar.

I expect to get effluent thrown at me, after all I live quite a different life than a single male seminarian or an empty nester. Not to mention I have heard all the programming of the radical evangelicals for years, as well as the liberals. I find myself not neatly fitting into either typical party line or stereotype. Maybe I will throw you guys a bone you hadn't even considered. Who knows?

Just so long as you don't enjoy good rough bikers. Oh, I do...just not the male variety.

Oh, I do...just not the male variety. Hmm...I would have guessed you were more of the Xena, Warrior Princess-type.

Hmm...I would have guessed you were more of the Xena, Warrior Princess-type. They share many similarities: strong willed, independent, and defying social expectations...qualities that are always attractive.
