Any idea why I had to fight through 15-20 minutes of timeouts to get back on OC.net after clicking a link to another board?  The link was one of the standard forum UI links.  Did anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I have had the same problem. It took me repeatedly over 40 minutes of trying to get to the forum this morning.
