PS. I'm not a native English speaker so I really shouldn't be acting like a Grammar Nazi but "to make a funny" sounds horribly wrong. Is "funny" also a noun?

No, it's not proper, as biro mentioned. It's sort of somewhere in limbo between bad english and dumb catch phrase. A little googling seemed to identify Ninja Turtles as the origin of it. An example...

Alright, I'm going to have to jump in and defend "The Secrets of the Black Arts" as a solid release. Nothing innovative or special, but the technical precision and speed really drive the music in a way that others don't achieve. The atmosphere is definitely something specific, and I'd put it leaps and bounds above a lot of Swedish Black Metal from that period.

All that said, don't listen to this Satanic garbage. Yes, I'm schizophrenic.
