I'm listening to Peter Tosh, "Legalize It". Published my birth year. I find Reggae music very aggreable.

I saw Behemoth 2014, I was a big fanboy at this point but now I'm trying to get rid of their material.

I saw Behemoth's concert on July in Helsinki. One of the best concerts that I've ever seen. They managed to sound scary and occult-ish without being clicheous which is quite an achievement nowadays.

They have an aesthetical sense, and Darski and his weirdo friend Azarewicz are actually into the occult, so they go beyond simply drawing stupid symbols to shock people.

Which is probably why the band is interesting. A lot more so than Dimmu Borgir and the like.

I've been quite accidentaly to their concert, when they were a support for the Big 4 of thrash metal. I didn't like it. I only remembered Darski twisting his head (or rather hear) shouting "Compatriots [bad word]".

^You go to a Metal concert with openly anti-Christian and satanic artists and get offended of a few inappropriate words? I was more worried of their songs like Ora pro nobis Lucifer and O Father, O Satan, O Sun.

I went to the concert of the Big 4. I know that I could have come later, but I would have bad place then. I didn't get offended, it was rather "LOL, is it your unique way to delight the audience?".

Bought my Lyric opera tickets.  I opted out of season tickets as it was too expensive (plus I'd have to buy for two people for each opera). I couldn't force myself to do Wagner, I don't care if it's a once in a twenty year opportunity.  I couldn't buy tickets for Le Troyens opera (which was my first choice) because those are special tickets for a limited and special production.   If I have the cash and time, I may see Le Troyens by my lonesome within the next two. There's nothing like going stag to the opera.

I bought tickets for Eugene Onegin, Norma, and Carmen.  I picked Carmen over the Magic Flute because I've seen the Magic Flute live before, plus my cousin is in town that month so I can take her to see the opera.  All these Operas are probably in my "top 10", crazy year for the Lyric.

Sargon of Akkad... don't like this guy, and frankly don't like his videos; yet I find myself watching a few videos by him each month.

This profile is defunct as of 11/8/2017. I created it before Orthodoxy, and have used it after Orthodoxy.

I reject all that I wrote that isn't in accordance with the teachings of the Orthodox Church. Also, my posts reflect my opinions (present or former) and nothing else.

I will likely lurk on this forum under a different name.

Young fella sitting near me on public transit today was talking about how he was going to get him some weapons and start himself a revolution if Trump lost. Thankfully I had my mp3 player with me so I listened to some Rust in Peace to bring calm and sanity back to my spirit.
