So its my birthday, amd I find myself rocking to the epic 1970s library music used on the Peoplemover at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.  To the unsophisticate it might sound like elevator music, although its actually quite a different genre from Muzak.

Let's shift gears a bit in this thread and talk about songs you either skip around or fast forward certain segments.

The clearest one for me is Mo Money Mo Problems. Mase and Puff Daddy get BLOWN out of the water when Biggie Smalls drops his verse, seriously the former two sound like struggling amateur ventriloquists when up against Big Poppa.

"I'll Be There" by Escape Club.

They're better known for "Wild Wild West", of course, but they weren't a one-hit wonder (I'll Be There reached #8). The two songs couldn't be any more different!

Well, the original version of Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" is 22 minutes long. I suspect most people, who are only familiar with the 3 minutes or so that was released a single, prefer to listen only to that part.

One of my favorite recordings is the Service to John Damascene done by the Mt. Lebanon Choir.  St. John is also my patron saint.
