Right now, Basement Jaxx - Oh My Gosh.

Brahms' Hungarian Dance No.11 in D minor. It's a simple, yet nice, tune.

Mozart - Non Piu Andrai

That reminded me of my problem with Classical music. I like the concerts but rarely really listen to it at home. I like it but never learnt to listen to it as a child since my parents or friends didn't either. It's a bit shame.

They were listed under the 'Related Artists' for October Falls. I like 'em.  Another band listed in 'Related Artists' was named 'An Autumn for Crippled Children'... is that like when people dedicate a month to someone or something, except this is the entire season of Autumn?  ???  :P

Pretty Maids - Sad To See You Suffer

Not a single duff track on that album (Motherland), really. It's a shame that the band never got the breakthrough they deserved.

Yep, anyone could have made that album. Probably even in their bedroom, garage or someone mom's basement. (not that it's as hard as it used to be, lol)

I thought that was pretty much the consensus.

I like Joshua Tree but nothing beats War or Boy for pure post-punk spunk.

I listened to Extol's 2013 self-titled today. It was really good.

Wow. I'm gonna ruin your street cred here, because I agree with you 100%. The story of how I fell in love with U2 is too deep to go into here. But suffice it to say that when I was in the 6th grade telling people about this great new band that I heard being played on late night Atlanta alternative radio in 1980, everyone made fun of me. But four years later everyone was a U2 fan. But you hit the nail on the head. I liked the Joshua Tree, but you could sense that something was taking a wrong turn. I honestly can't even name a song from anything after the Joshua Tree. But those first four albums are still some of the greatest music ever created.

Not sure what to think of the new album yet. I liked their last one, from 2012, though it doesn't really get a lot of plays nowadays (maybe once every 3 months). This new one might end up the same...

It will be interesting to see how many points Russia will get. Hopefully this time they won't get the usual gas points.

I know this is just going to break everyone's heart, but Ukraine will not be competing in Eurovision next year.

It will be interesting to see how many points Russia will get. Hopefully this time they won't get the usual gas points.

I'm surprised no one has made a Eurovision singing game for video consoles. At least for sale in Europe. :)
