Dear in Christ,

Postolowka has agreed to take on the role of Technical Issues Coordinator. As such, he will be reading the Technical Issues forum daily and collecting information about user complaints/concerns/issues related to the operation of the forum.  He will then forward this information to Robert once a week.  Critical issues can be sent to him via private message with the prefix [Technical] in the subject line, please.  He will not be able to fix actual technical problems at this point, but he will be serving as a point of contact to expedite the issues being resolved.
