Please pray for me. I am having my wisdom teeth removed at 8:45 AM CT tomorrow, and I need a speedy recovery to be able to start teaching on the 16th.

You'll be fine...you only need three to four days to recooperate! Good luck! Just don't suck straws or smoke or breathe deep, you need to watch out for those dry sockets.

My prayers are with you. I still need to have mine taken out. I went to have it done three years ago, but the first one was so unbearable that I did not come back for the other three---the dentist refused to give me general anesthesia.

Oh, boo hoo!  I have to start back on the 8th and I'm not complaining. Grin

Oh, by the way, my prayers are with you as you go into surgery.  BTW, recovery from wisdom teeth removal is not arduous or painful. I went through it 12 years ago and it was nothing.  Fear not!
