Dear all,
His Holiness Pope Shenouda is apparently in a very critical condition to the extent that he has been sent once again to the U.S. for medical treatment. The specific nature of his condition has not as of yet been brought to my attention, but I have received clerical confirmation of the fact that H.G. Bishop Daniel has requested the congregation to fast until 6 p.m. tommorow for His Holiness' health. There will also be a Divine Liturgy held tommorow at St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral, Bexley, for His Holiness.

May our Lord, the Great Physician, return him to full health. You don't have to be Coptic Orthodox to appreciate and love HH Pope Shenouda. I remember a 1994 (?) visit he made to San Antonio, Texas to St. Anthony's CO Church, and was so blessed to hear him speak. He is a wonderful shepherd of a very far flung flock.

After undergoing treatment at Cleveland, U.S.A., H.H. is well and in good health. He returned safely to Egypt yesterday, July 11th.
