O Lord Jesus Christ, make us strong in the faith, so that we may persevere until the end.

May they pray for us all.

The 29 minute video went into this diatribe about the various Christian groups, and how they treat Christians according to Islamic law, whether by jizya under dimma status, by conversion for full rights, or death.  They showed examples of the jizya paying Christians in Iraq (probably staged) on how "peaceful" they live in ISIS when paying jizya.  They then showed examples of those who apostatized into Islam, and they were Africans, who vowed the shahada.  Finally, they showed the brutal killing of the 30 Ethiopians who refused to pay jizya (or probably did not have the money to pay it) or convert.

They were given a chance to convert and they did not take that chance.  They chose the eternal glory with Christ over the falsehood of renouncing Christ and the Church.  May their prayers and the prayers of the 21 Coptic martyrs be with us all!

Vain existence can never exist, for "unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain." (Psalm 127)

If the faith is unchanged and rock solid, then the gates of Hades never prevailed in the end.

Amen and amen.
Worship is theology, so a church which brings Evangelical and Charismatic "praise & worship" into its corporate life is no longer Orthodox.  It is, by definition, heterodox.  Those "Orthodox" leaders who make theological arguments for the incorporation of heteropraxis into the life of the Church are heretics.

In Egypt, a surge of persecution against Coptic Christians, one of the oldest Christian communities in the region, has been occuring despite Egypt's president's promises of helping Christians in the region.

Four Egyptian kids who dared make fun of ISIS in a harmless video are headed for trial along with their teacher on charges of "insulting Islam," after their Muslim neighbors got hold of the footage and went to police.

Aged between 15 and 16, the youths could face up to five years in a youth detention center – while the teacher would serve any sentence he receives in prison – if the court finds them guilty of violating Egypt’s blasphemy law, Egypt-focused activists say.

More about the church dedicated to the 21 New Martyrs:

Quote
"They [the Muslim side] stipulated that the building be of one floor, and without a dome or a cross, in addition to not sounding the church bell," Naguib Gabriel, chairman of the Egyptian Union for Human Rights, told Al-Monitor, lamenting the furor that surrounded building the church. Gabriel added that although the foundation stone was laid, "I do not believe the building will be completed under such a hard-line religious culture."

Egypt: After Ransom Paid – Coptic Christian Still Killed

A 55-year-old Coptic Christian man was kidnapped and held for ransom.  Although his family eventually paid, and the Muslim abductors took the money, they still killed the hapless Copt.

...

Killing Christian hostages even after loved ones pay their ransom is not uncommon in Egypt.  Such was the case, for instance, of 6-year-old Cyril Joseph: on May 2013, it was reported that his “family is in tatters after paying 30,000 pounds to the abductor, who still killed the innocent child and threw his body in his sewer system, where the body, swollen and moldy, was exhumed.”

A village in Beni Suef has witnessed religious conflict over the past week, following the alleged insulting of Islam by a Coptic man on Facebook, allegations denied by the accused.

Ayman Youssef Tawfiq, from the village of Kafr Darwish in Al-Fashn, around 100km south of Cairo, was accused of posting cartoons that are offensive to the Prophet Mohamed online. In what followed, Coptic homes in the village were allegedly attacked with rocks and Molotov cocktails, leading to numerous fires in houses and the destruction of a car.

After days of conflict, meetings were held in the village, but the outcome was the forcible displacement of Youssef and four of his relatives' families. Despite the meeting, a further 10 homes were reported by Coptic sources as having been burned in ongoing attacks.
