I just found this biography on Amazon and was curious as to what anyone thought.  From the reviews of the book, it sounds like the author makes her out to be pretty nuts, and her monastic life little more than a concession to her paranoia.  Does anyone know more about the monastic life of Princess Alice.  I believe it's been discussed on this forum but couldn't pull up any links.  In any event, it sounds like any interesting book although I'm not expecting it to be too sympathetic or accurate about Orthodoxy.

On the spiritual path somewhere between the Simpsons and St. Theophan the Recluse, but I still can't see the Springfield city limits sign yet.
