Could someone post it phonetically in Arabic and Greek? And if someone knows it, could you type it in Russian(I can pretty much only read it in Cyrillic, I remember trying to sing it from the phonetic tranlation during Paschal Orthos and it befuddled me)

I presume you mean Slavonic.  Here it is according to modern Russian orthographic convention:
