Mark Sanchez can now breathe a huge sigh of relief.

I'm waiting for someone to upload a gif of the catch the catcher Sanchez just made in the Pirates game. He caught the ball as it was going foul and then tumbled down into the dug out.

Video of the Sanchez catch. No cuddly butt, admittedly, but a nice play nonetheless.

Upon first look she didn't do much for me, no. However, after a google search I found this:

"Rosie Napravnik's breakout year was 2006 when she finished 31st in the national earnings title with 300 victories out of 1,465 mounts and earnings of $6,395,075."

I am now willing to give her a chance.

GEAUX DAWGS!!!!!!!

UGA knocks off #6 LSU, completing their stretch of 3 top 10 teams in their first 4 games. (won 2 of the 3.) This is of course after finishing last year against Alabama and then Nebraska.

Dawgs certainly are on track to punch their ticket to Atlanta again this year. Looks like it will most likely be another rematch against Alabama.

Whatcha say, Gebre? Sound good to you?

Can't keep personnel when your projection on the salary cap doesn't move up.

All the years under Cowher missed the playoffs too. We'll be back and get another 3 SB runs.

When are my Ducks going to play anyone good? Well, they travel to Seattle in two weeks to play the Dawgs (Washington Huskies), their most hated rivals outside the state of Oregon. Washington was ranked #15 and #18 in the last AP and USA Today polls respectively, so that promises to be a good match for our team.

I'd love it! We finally looked good in the second half against Ole Miss. Great defense the whole game. Still think that LSU will give us all we can handle, as usual. But LSU and UGA have some work to do on the defensive side of the ball. And we still need to find some consistency with our running game. I think UGA will get to Atlanta for sure. I hope we make it too. If so, it should be another classic SEC Championship. But there's lots of football to be played until then.

Selam

Yes, there is indeed plenty of football left. And youre right about LSU and UGA needing some defensive work. We both lost practically everyone to the NFL. They will get better though. I certainly wouldnt say our defense has been "good" thus far, but it has been just good enough to keep us somewhat in the national title discussion after a brutal schedule to start the season. We have some talent, and against LSU, I actually did see some good things. However, they could not stop them on 3rd down AT ALL and that will have to change. But our youngsters have already gone up against some of the best offense there is, so there isnt much they havent seen. I think that will be good for them in the long run.

Yeah...but it is sad  :(.

No, it's not.  My dad grew up in the part of Ohio that was always die hard Browns fan.  Every time he goes back there, he sees Pittsburgh flags all over the place; maybe a few of those will be replaced now that Cleveland is starting to have at least some modicum of success.  Besides, anything bad that occurs to Roethlisberger is fair game, imo.

Take comfort. My Giants stink too.  :'(

Got rolled yesterday by KC.  I'm pretty happy. My Chiefs are 4-0 for the first time in 10 years, though their competition has been the NFC (L)east and Jacksonville.  This giddy feeling won't last long.

Got rolled yesterday by KC.  I'm pretty happy. My Chiefs are 4-0 for the first time in 10 years, though their competition has been the NFC (L)east and Jacksonville.  This giddy feeling won't last long.

You never know...For some reason that I cannot at all fathom I'm always happy when the Chiefs do well.  It's totally unrational and without any kind of logical explanation...Go figure.

What is truly stunning is how bad the Giants and Steelers are so far.  And my wonderfully politically incorrect REDSKINS aren't much better. :'( :'(  Oh well.................GO DUCKS!!

Why, oh why must the Steelers be so terrible.  :'(

It's their time.

It is hillarious to see the Steelers and Giants to do this poorly, it really is.

Meanwhile, my Bills are 2-2 and the two losses could have easily been wins.

Yes, while I really do like the Steelers, it's refreshing to see the Bills do so "well" (?), most especially in having beaten the Baltimore West Nile Crows.

I think we should campaign for total equality amongst all sports teams so that they all just win, nobody ever has to suffer the ignominy of defeat, and everybody can be "happy" :)...but, this is getting into "Politics" and we don't want that, in spite of the assertion of some that "Everything is politics" ;D ;D.

Hey at least we can console ourselves with the fact that we're only a game out of first and the Cowgirls are about to get their cow pie pushed in by Denver.
