This Morning
« on: December 08, 2006, 12:14:18 PM »
THis morning I went to take my oldest daughter to school only to go out to the car in 8 degree weather with my other two daughters who are too young for school, only to find out someone broke into my car last evening and stole their car seats. Now we have to go and buy new car seats and they will probably be getting  socks, gloves and probably one toy for Christmas.

Just lift my family up this season so we can experience our first Christmas with our youngest daughter's first Christmas ever in love and good heartedness. Pray that this will not effect our time celebrating and focusing on our Saviour's birth.

Blessings,
Panagiotis

Lord, have mercy.
"If you are going to serve the Lord, be prepared for times when you will be put to the test. Be sincere and determined. Keep calm when trouble comes. Stay with the Lord; never abandon Him and you will be prosperous at the end of your days. Accept whatever happens to you. Even if you suffer humiliation, be patient. Gold is tested by fire and human character is tested in the furnace of humiliation. Trust the Lord and He will help you. Walk straight in His ways and put your hope in Him. " Sir 2:1-6

Lord have mercy on your servants Panagiottis, his wife, and their three daughters.

Panagiotis,
Oh dear, what kind of a person steals carseats!!!  That is really low...especially knowing that they are made to keep young children safe.   Lord have mercy on your family and may your celebration of our Lord's Nativity bring you joy and comfort.  I might also add..."Lord have mercy on the soul who stooped so low as to steal the carseats".

Well, I live in an area full of single mothers. I would not doubt that one of them could have taken some for their own kids, simply because the people here, from what I personally see, do not use them. If one of them were pulled over and given a ticket I would not hesitate to see them take someone elses car seats just to show the judges they had some "given to them".

Thank you all for your prayers.
