Information only, no debate!
I just wanted to have a centralized list of the various Diocese of the Jurisdictions in this country: EO, OO, Old-Cal, etc.  Bishops' names not required, but acceptable.  Please use the format I have below as a template.

Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America (Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople)

- Direct Archdiocesan District (New York): Archbishop DEMETRIOS
(Auxillary Bishops: Bishop DEMETRIOS of Xanthos, Bishop SAVAS of Troas, Bishop ANDONIOS of  Phasiane)
- Metropolis of Chicago: Metropolitan IAKOVOS
(Auxillary Bishop: Bishop DEMETRIOS of I don't remember where)
- Metropolis of Pittsburgh: Metropolitan MAXIMOS
- Metropolis of Denver: Metropolitan ISAIAH
- Metropolis of Boston: Metropolitan METHODIOS
- Metropolis of Atlanta: Metropolitan ALEXIOS
(Retired Bishop: Bishop JOHN of Amorion)
- Metropolis of Detroit: Metropolitan NICHOLAS
- Metropolis of San Francisco: Metropolitan GERASIMOS
          (Retired Bishop: Bishop ANTHIMOS)
- Metropolis of New Jersey: Metropolitan EVANGELOS

As I said, Bishops names are not required, but nice.  Auxillaries are even less required (since they are not even germane to the question at hand) but also nice.

If you have any questions about these things, please start a related thread.  If this occurs, I will add the link to this original post, but please do not post here in this thread unless you are adding the above-requested information.

- New Grancanica Diocese: (Lake Villa, IL) Bishop Longin

Quick correction:  New Gracanica METROPOLITANATE (of North America) (3rd Lake, IL) Bishop Longin

As a side-note the Serbian church does not have an Archdiocese or anything similar to that here in the US.  Metropolitan Christopher is an Exarch of the Patriarchate of Serbia, and therefore represents the Patriarchate and HIS DIOCESE ONLY on official business (such as SCOBA).

You asked for Greek Old Cal also so here goes:

Metropolis of N and S America (Chrysostomite): Metropolitan PAVLOS
(Auxilary Bishop: Bishop Christodoulos of Theopoulis)

Exarchate of Etna (Cyprianite): Archbishop CHRYSOSTOMOS
(Auxilary Bishop: Bishop Auxentios of Photiki)

There are other Old Calendarists with a presence in America but these are the dioceses with bishops.

Coptic Church:

"Coptic Orthodox Archdiocese of North America"--HH Pope Shenouda technically (HG Bishop David who represents him, but this diocese is not autonomous)--This archdiocese includes Canada and most of the East Coast US (mostly NJ, NYC, and Long Island area, but there is some scattering) and anything else that is not part of the two other Coptic autonomous dioceses (like the church at Washington State).
http://www.nacopts.org/

Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Southern United States--HG Bishop Youssef--Autonomous diocese that includes Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Tennessee
http://www.suscopts.org/

Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles, Southern California, and Hawaii--HG Bishop Serapion--Autonomous diocese pretty much names what it covers :-)

God bless.
