I think that's a purity ring.

Another girl, with whom I sadly didn't have the pleasure of dancing that night, used to wear a purity ring, but had to take it off because of a nickel allergy. So if anybody asks what the opposite of an STD is, it's that. True story.

LOL. Nice!

You should check out the research into the behavior or girls who wear purity rings, take vows of chastity, perpetual virginity, etc.

It just confirms my general strategy for raising a girl.

Sounds about right for this girl. She dated a couple of my friends, leading to copious amounts of weird high school drama. No idea how she plays into the statistics orthonorm referenced though.

She and her current boyfriend of a few months will be attending the same small Christian college in upstate New York together. I wish them the best.

Nyack College. I'm defining upstate New York pretty broadly to include all parts of New York that aren't New York.

I was looking through the photo album for a pic of the Church that I posted in the other thread, and figured I'd post an old picture of myself as well. This is from Christmas break in Dec. of 1999 (man do I hate those glasses!)
Asterisk, I think I also had those glasses in 1999. Sad How did my parents let me pick those frames out?!
