I want to gently pat your hair down.  Tongue

It stays up quite nicely. Pretty soft too. Axe hair gel.

We had midsummer parties with some friends yesterday. We've had similar parties maybe five years ago and back then most of us had long hair. Now it's only one and even his wife given him an ukaz that he must cut his dreadlocks. I guess we've become old or something. I cut my ponytail in january. Sometimes I miss it.

For the past few months I've actually considered cutting mine shorter. I can't even imagine how I'd look with short hair at this point, since it's been so long... for so long.

How short did you go and how hard was it to get used to?

As short as my friend's hairclipper could. Basically almost bald.

I had long hair for almost ten years so I had no idea how I would look like but to my pleasant suprise I liked it right away. It took some weeks to get used to the bald especially because it was during winter but I haven't regretted it.

I'm not sure anyone can pull off a pink shirt imo.  A striped pink shirt would be better than a plane one.

Is that supposed to be a bad thing? Pink shirts are an abomination and nature itself revolts against it.

Brown and black people can wear pink clothes. Nobody can pull of a pink shirt.

Pink of a certain shade is one of the most traditional colors of men's shirts, Alpo. You don't see it as much because it compliments few men's skin, is all. And I've never known a homosexual man notable for wearing pink.

ahh tired old cliche land...

Are there not some traditions that have pink vestments?   Quick...lets start telling them that they must be gay over their color choice too!

Some of you really need to get past some of the tired old stereotypes...since there are also gay men that you would think are lumberjacks, who wouldn't wear pink either.

Perfectly true. Most homosexual men dress and act like men. Effeminacy is a fetish that just has some overlap with homosexuality. I think some of the guys here would be surprised who they live near, who they work with, that is gay.

The vast majority of the gays I have known have been very normal.  I've only known a couple of fairies and have found them somewhat disconcerting.  I was showing a Norwegian friend my AK once since most of the Euro's I've met love to see the exotic weapons us Americans can legally posess, and one of the GF's friend's was over with his BF.  Friend is pretty cool, but BF was, in the friend's description "such a queen".  He's wearing this pink shirt and when he sees the glorious progeny of Kalashnikov he lets out this moan that I've only heard before in the bridge part of Ziggy Stardust.

One of my favorite movies of all time is The Swenkas.  The two groups that I have found that have a large number of people that know how to dress are the Blacks and the Gays.  If I ever get into a situation where I have to look my absolute best, it will be a Black guy or a Gay fellow that will pick out my clothes.  Hmmm . . . maybe even RuPaul himself.  In the meantime, Fidel Castro is my fashion god.

You were rocking a white suit?

It was more or less an experiment. I wanted to see if it could work.

The second pic worked. Very impressed with the angle, the drink, the brow raise.  You look like one of the characters from the Godfather, I just can't put my finger on him
