Wow people have this fascination of this rest stop! Lol!

I drive.

One doesn't associate rest stop with studying.

BTW, I pump my own gas in NJ; I don't care about the law.

What?! You can't pump your own gas in NJ? That's bananas!

NJ and Oregon are the only states...ya, we're special like that :P

Wow- you learn something new everyday! I mean, I remember being a kid and having an attendant pump gas back when that was more common, but it was always optional. My mind is blown.

I grew up in OR. When I moved to WA it was a relief to be able to pump my own gas. You are also supposed to tip the attendant.

Stumbled upon these pictures of myself from 8th grade, circa 2008-2009. Back when I was going through that awkward, hormone-filled not quite a teen but not quite a kid stage.

I've had dunkin coffee from rest stops and just regular locations. My mom even gets the coffee grind to make at home. It always has the same burnt taste.

I don't mind Starbucks. I buy this average joe coffee grind from the local super market for $2.50 for a giant tin can And it tastes great. Nescafe packets from Egypt are blessed by the hand of God. I digress.

I used to be really into metal years ago and had long hair then as well, but that was long before I ever started wearing it in a ponytail. Music isn't really important to me anymore, and when I do listen to music it's generally electronic stuff.

We had midsummer parties with some friends yesterday. We've had similar parties maybe five years ago and back then most of us had long hair. Now it's only one and even his wife given him an ukaz that he must cut his dreadlocks. I guess we've become old or something. I cut my ponytail in january. Sometimes I miss it.

ukaz

 :)

In here "ukaasi" is fairly casual word. No idea how that sounds like in English.

Please contain your adoration.

I want to gently pat your hair down.  :P
It's common knowledge that you secretly want to be born in early 17th century Russia.  As a serf or a royal, I know not.  Chances are serf.
