I'm also a little under 200, but my pant size is at the way it was when I was 180 pounds in high school. It seems instead of BMI, waist to hip ration would be a better measure for future health care when dealing with weight issues. For chronically heavy guys, we build muscle and bone mass, and thus increase our lowest healthy weight possible, making BMI a false measure of health for these individuals.
Yes waist to hip ratio is a much better measure, but try explaining to any man born after 1960(?) in America where their waist is. Oh and on the pant thing, men's pants have gone a bit of the way of vanity sizing and depending on cut, you can expect as large as a 2" variation within jeans even from the same maker.

So, a bit more portion of my pictures. They're from an Orthodox demonastrion "For Serbian Kosovo" in Białystok
I wholeheartedly agree with this idea of Orthodox women with short hair. Be fruitful and multiply! And move to my neigbourhood.

I'm the server on the far right. I was visiting my fiancée's church in Annapolis this past Sunday and it happened to coincide with His Beatitude's visit. In Christ, Andrew EDIT: Gah, I can't figure out how to make the picture smaller. Any ideas?

So I did some digging around. pretend the parantheses are brackets: you have the basic bb code of image source: (img)image url(/img) and then you have the resizing part of that: (img width=# height=#)(/img) So I played around with your image and I ended up seeing that your image seems to look best at a 4:3 width:height ratio, which then prompted me to write: (img width=750 height=500)url(/img) and voila: I'm the server on the far right. I was visiting my fiancée's church in Annapolis this past Sunday and it happened to coincide with His Beatitude's visit. In Christ, Andrew EDIT: Gah, I can't figure out how to make the picture smaller. Any ideas? So just play with the numbers, hit preview every time until you get the right size you like to show

WOW...that worked! Much better than changing two numbers! Thanks ortho! So, ya, new rule: (img width=#)(/img) no need to do height; it automatically adjusts for you

GREAT pics from Arachne, Andrew, Biro, Asteriktos, and everybody on the previous page (short memory here). Sorry for omissions or duplications (short memory here). I think that's all (short memory here).
This reminds me of the sheet hanging in a co-worker's workspace. It's a picture of a quirky old lady, and the caption is, "I MAY HAVE ALZHEIMER'S, BUT AT LEAST I DON'T HAVE ALZHEIMER'S."
Keep the great pics coming!

In Christ, Andrew EDIT: Gah, I can't figure out how to make the picture smaller. Any ideas? Easiest way is to upload it to Imgur and stick an "l" at the end of that string of characters. That should make it big but not too big. Like so:

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

I find that a little scary!
It reminds me, I was talking with mother abbess Andrea of St. Nicholas monastery in Florida a year or two ago, about all the toxic and carcinogenic additives in ordinary food these days, which are rising to surprisingly extreme levels. She listened to all the "horror stories" and then said, "Well, Father, just make the sign of the Cross over your food before you eat it."
Yes. With God's help. Instead of "krestom i mechom," (by the cross and sword), "by the cross and a small garden."

Oreos are fasting I believe.
Yeah, that's what my wife says. She says she looked at the ingredients and they were fast appropriate, for whatever it's worth. Nom nom nom.

I for one am thankful for the bounty that God has allowed up to make. With all the cancerous and toxic additives, we are able to get normal food for the fasting seasons!

It is an education process for me as I learn about the psychology of spiritual apostasy. And others get the benefit of perhaps hearing righteousness for the first time.
Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God.

One of my sons sent this to me from work under the title "And now we have you . . .", insinuating that his was me. He also sent the same photo Vamrat, so maybe he was saying this is what Vamrat looks like. I will just post this here because it is possible that we can kill two birds with one stone.

He was in no way insinuating that the photograph in question was Vamrat. I see not a single musket or antiquated bolt action on that man. If he was insinuating that the photograph represents someone other than himself he is a hypocrite!
