Dear Stephen,

I am looking for this, it must be somewhere.  

In the meantime, your little blurb has an error, one does not put the adjective in the vocative only the noun, compare the "Holy God" in Slavonic, the "Holy" is not in the vocative.

Dear Stephen,

I found two, one on a Catholic site another apparently Orthodox.  

This one http://www.vatican.va/archive/catechism_it/p122a5p2_it.htm from the Vatican -½ Cristo +¿ risuscitato dai morti. Con la sua morte ha vinto la morte,
ai morti ha dato la vita -+.  There seems to be no mention of "tombs" or "entombed ones" only morti.

This one http://www.regnatvivus.it/formazione/ortodossia/setsanta9.htm "Il Cristo +¿ risorto dai morti e con la sua morte ha calpestato la morte e ai morti nei sepolcri ha donato la vita".
