Title: Excuse me but why do you call me a troll?
Post by: WPM on September 11, 2014, 02:12:23 AM
I stopped being a troll a long time ago, ... So why do you still bring it up? ...

Mor Ephrem, Someone called WPM a troll in the Prayer Forum yesterday.

Just be yourself and don't let the expectations or reactions of others have undue influence on you. Maybe take time sometimes to reevaluate what you say and how your words are perceived by others, but that seems like a good idea in general. If you can't see anything you're doing as troll-like, then unless someone you respect or are friends with says that you are a troll, then I'd say to just continue on and not let it bother you.

I do not think you are a troll. I appreciated some of your short definitional answers in highly contentious and convoluted threads and threads that have totally gone off topic. And Justin's advice is good - pay attention to that.

I see what you post, and think wow.....non sequitur......to almost every post.  What you post often bears only a tangential connection with the thread and the posts in it.  I know you are not trying to troll, but that is perhaps why it comes across as that to some.

If you're trolling, you're doing a poor job.

Bless your sweet heart!

You were never a troll; just someone who is trying to make sense in a nonsensical fallen world.

Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and save us.

Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

I agree with what most of the people above have said.  Keep a stiff upper lip and keep on posting.  And, if you ever do want to get back to trolling, drop me a PM and I will show you the proper way to do it.

Sometimes, if I say something that came upon someone as offensive or trollish, I would seek forgiveness, even if I did not intend to offend or act like a troll.  The issue I think is your commentary on a prayer forum was inappropriate for a prayer forum and it probably hurt the person's feelings who was asking for prayers.
