It took place in an Anglican Cathedral.

It took place in a peculiar; not a cathedral.  Orthodoxy is well acquainted with the concept of peculiars, only for some reason the term "stavropegial church" is usually used instead of the normal English word.  Essentially, it is a church that sits outside of the jurisdiction of the diocese in which it is geographically located.

In the case of St George's Chapel, it is a royal peculiar, which means it is directly under the jurisdiction of Her Majesty.

People think we’re strange enough already without us calling our institutions “peculiar”.
I think you can say ~ In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and post with charitable and prayerful intentions.

Of course!  A chapel is precisely what it is.  :)
