Every time I want to change something in the Account Related Settings, I have to enter the password and I do it correctly over and over and over, yet I get this response...

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:

The password you entered was not correct.

I don't recall ever being able to change anything related to the account settings because of this. I have this problem for the day I became a member.

Can somebody please help ?

It's the same password you use to log on to the forum.

Have you ever logged off the forum and logged back on?

I had the same problem today. I finally changed my password after several tries. The system seemed to be having problems as I have never experienced this before.

I changed settings twice, entered my password for each change and didn't see any error message.

Today I tried from several different browsers over and over and over and over ( I think more than 50 times ) and it is still the same response.

I tried today as well and it didn't work.

Is there any Moderator who is responsible for the Technical Issues in the forum ?

Hello for now, my friend

« Reply #9 on: June 28, 2014, 12:45:40 AM »

At my local Walmart they will not answer the phone in the electronics department. They WILL NOT. There can be several people who are supposed to be working there, and the phone rings, and it goes on and on, then stops, then starts again, then stops, then they call a third time... on and on for like 3 1/2 minutes... and no one answers. I have witnessed this a half dozen times or more. I'm pretty sure at least half those times the electronics people were back in customer service, and thus could definitely hear the phone. But they will not answer. And other employees walk past, but it's not their area, so...

Anyway, this is like unto oc.net.

I'd help and all, but this isn't my section.

(just kidding, I tried to figure it out, but I don't know the answer)

Hey, so I'm in a pop-alt-punk-folk-prog band called "Affable Dregs" and we have a new album coming out, titled "Vicious Turnips Always Taste Most Delicious." We'd really appreciate your support!

The best person to PM with Technical Issues is Anastasios, our Founder.

Also, login issues can usually be handled by me.  I take care of that stuff normally & password changed are easy to handle.

Other technical issues might have to be dumped to Anastasios.
